Website is celebrating 5th birthday of supporting music in Warrington.

As part of celebrations for the 5th year of WarringtonMusic.co.uk, [WAM] is very happy to announce that a showcase of music from the town will be taking place at the prestigious Parr Hall Theatre on Friday 16th March. Headlining the night will be Rock & Roll four piece, Slydigs.
Tickets go on general sale from 9am on Friday 29th September, with the 50 tickets made available at £5 to celebrate 5 years of [WAM].
Anyone in the North West that tuned in to the regional news at 6.30pm today may have noticed a small piece about the band. North West Tonight interviewed the band at a rehearsal session, following the recent announcement of the support slots with The Who.

The acoustic gig at the Carnaby Street branch of Liam Gallagher's store Pretty Green went down a storm. The band played a stripped down set that was well received (read a review here.)

The band were interviewed on the morning show on Salford City FM. The station played a few tracks from the album and the band also performed an acoustic version of She's My Rattlesnake.
